• Experience working or caring for children, whether voluntary or paid.
• Maths and English grade C/4 or above or functional skills level 2 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities for children in line with the Curriculum for Excellence.
• Deliver quality childcare and maintain a positive outcome.
• Build effective relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Ensure each child's individual needs are met.
• Contribute to child safeguarding.
• Work towards apprenticeship standards within agreed timeframe.
• Proactively develop skills within the workplace.
• Communicate progress with line manager.
