Qualifications

• Post-registration training and experience in hospital pharmacy with aseptic services.
• Experience in screening and verification of SACT prescriptions.
• Haematology or Oncology experience and Clinical Trials experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the final checking workload of chemotherapy doses.
• Supervise junior pharmacists and their training.
• Support prescribers and nurses using the Chemocare e-prescribing system.
• Ensure SACT is prescribed safely and efficaciously.
