- Deliver and exceed volume, revenue, and open specification pull through targets across your customer base.
- Meet weekly customer call expectations.

- Build trusted relationships with key customer decision makers including technical, commercial, and procurement teams.
- Track, manage, and win project-based opportunities using early engagement and real-time tracking with our CRM platform.
Key Competencies and Experience
- Proven sales experience, exceeding targets, preferably within the construction sector.
- Preferable experience of working within a manufacturing business in field sales role.
- Experience of specification and channel sales in commercial building segments.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to analyse data and provide succinct solutions.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, motivation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Full driving licence required as travel to customers and Polypipe sites is required.
- Commercial savvy with understanding of customer motivations linked to ability to develop tactics for negotiation and solution-oriented business development.
- Proven experience of modern sales enablement tools eg CRM, digital marketing.
