Location: Bath
Start Date: September 2025 (starts beforehand available)
Salary: £90 - £95 per day DOE
Duration: Ongoing

Are you passionate about supporting children with autism? A welcoming primary school in Bath is seeking an ASD Support Assistant to join its resource base, supporting children with ASD and related needs in a collaborative and nurturing environment.

What you will do:
  • Provide tailored support to children with ASD, enhancing communication, social, and emotional skills
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups, delivering engaging learning activities
  • Assist with behaviour management and daily routines
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals
What we are looking for:
  • Experience working with children with autism or special educational needs
  • A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach
  • Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
