  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the clients.
  • Collating and producing accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.

Job description

Our client is a highly-respected asbestos consultancy providing a diverse range of asbestos services to clients throughout the UK. They are currently seeking a loyal and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the Ilford area. The ideal candidate will hold the P402 asbestos certificate and will demonstrate their excellent hands on experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of site types. Applications from Brentwood, Barking, Romford, Enfield and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Attained the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
  • Previous experience of asbestos surveying within the industry.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
  • Well versed with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties both commercial and industrial.
  • Consulting and liaising with clients from all levels.
  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the clients.
  • Collating and producing accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.
