Job description

This UKAS accredited asbestos company provide a wide range of professional services to clients nationwide. They now need to find an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Truro area. Applications from Falmouth, Penryn, Redruth and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold the P402/P403/P404 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Previous experience working as a surveyor/analyst within the asbestos industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Well versed with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Role:

• Asbestos Management, Demolition/Refurbishment surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
• Carrying out background, leak, reassurance, 4 stage clearances, re-occupation, visual and personal air testing.
• Collate & produce accurate, comprehensive reports.
• Supervising asbestos contractors on site ensuring compliance with the relevant Health and Safety procedures.
• Maintaining a professional working relationship with clients.
