Job summary

A consultancy firm is seeking a committed Asbestos Site Analyst in Southeast London. This role involves supervising contractors, conducting thorough air-testing, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have a P403/P404 qualification and solid knowledge of asbestos-related health & safety procedures. An attractive salary, company vehicle, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • Varied, valid experience working within this role and the asbestos parameter.
  • Interest in or experience with P401/P402/P403/P404 or S301 CCP is welcomed.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake 4-stage clearances: smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation, and personal air-testing.
  • Supervise asbestos contractors on site, ensuring adherence to health & safety legislation.
  • Collate and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Build and maintain rapport with clients/customers.
  • Travel to sites designated by the client as necessary.

Skills

A growing UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy provides asbestos solutions to a mixed portfolio of clients, including commercial, residential and industrial properties. We are actively seeking a high-calibre and committed Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around Southeast London, with a focus on daily duties of collecting and producing reports, building and maintaining good relationships with clients, and supervising asbestos contractors to ensure compliance with asbestos health & safety regulations. Applications from Maidstone, Tonbridge, Ashford, Dartford and surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Hold a P403/P404 or equivalent RSPH qualification and have varied, valid experience working within this role and the asbestos parameter.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full knowledge of health & safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.
  • Competent in using the Microsoft Office package.
  • Interest in or experience with p401/p402/p403/p404/p404 or s301 CCP is welcomed.
