Our client is a well-established asbestos consultancy, that delivers a wide range of asbestos surveying and analytical duties to long-standing clients throughout the UK. Due to recent expansion, they are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Asbestos Administrator based in and around the Norwich area. Applications will be considered from Wroxham, Long Stratton, Dereham, and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Have previous experience working within the asbestos analytical industry.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
  • Previous administration experience within the asbestos industry would be beneficial.
  • Experience of TEAMS/TRACKER software.
  • Experience of office management would be advantageous.
Key Duties
  • Generating Asbestos Survey reports
  • Uploading of reports and drawings
  • Dealing with all paperwork including time sheets, invoices, emails etc.
  • Diary management for surveying staff.
  • Liaising with clients and sending out certificates.
  • Management and training of office staff.
  • Type up, check, and analyse asbestos reports.
  • Sending certificates to clients.
  • Carry out all administrative tasks, booking appointments, filing time sheets etc.
  • Dealing with internal and external databases and offering technical help to customers and staff.
