About the Role

We're looking for a talented Artworker / Multi-Skilled Operator to deliver high-quality artwork, reprographics, and retouching services. You'll work as part of a multifunctional studio team, creating technically accurate, print‑ready artwork and supporting production across multiple areas to ensure seamless delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and amend artwork in line with studio SOPs and client specifications.
  • Deliver print‑ready files that meet brand and technical standards.
  • Use automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the Production Team Leader in meeting deadlines and client needs.
  • Collaborate across departments to maintain workflow and quality during busy periods.
  • Uphold high production standards—Right First Time (RFT) and On Time In Full (OTIF).
  • Actively contribute to studio process improvements and training initiatives.
  • Ensure all work aligns with health and safety, quality, and company standards.
About You
