Job Title: Art Tutor - Maternity Cover
Location: Norton College, Tewkesbury, GL20 8UQ
Salary: £27,167.70 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 8.30am–4.00pm
Contract: Fixed Term until 31st December2026 | Term Time Only
Start: January 2026

  • Lead engaging, high-quality Art teaching across the school.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and strengthen the Art curriculum.
  • Teach across a range of qualification pathways to support pupil achievement.
  • Continuously review and refine curriculum content to keep it challenging, inspiring and personalised.
  • Deliver learning that reflects our school values: nurturing, holistic and tailored to each individual.
  • And throughout it all, you’ll have ongoing support, training and guidance — while watching pupils grow in confidence, resilience and skill.
