Responsibilities

• Coordinate local deployment of Global Tech Projects and ensure alignment with local business priorities.
• Partner with Tech Enterprise Delivery on planning and reporting Global Tech initiatives.
• Oversee on-site support operations and ensure services meet high-quality standards.
• Manage compliance of local Tech Vendor services with Global Tech Policies.
• Drive performance and maximize customer satisfaction through technology services.
• Lead modernization of service delivery with emphasis on automation.
• Point of contact for Tech incidents and requests from local stakeholders.
• Manage local Tech budget for cost centers.

Skills

Strong technical understanding across multiple technologies and domains

Proven experience owning and delivering Technology Services

Experience in regulated environments

Fluent spoken and written English

Knowledge of Windows/M365 and ITSM practices

Experience with Agile delivery tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Science
