Job Title : Area Sales Representative – Field Sales (UK&I)

Location : Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester

Salary : £36,000 + Commission

Role Overview

We are seeking a Area Sales Representative to join a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of decorative walls, facade claddings, floorings, and skirtings. This is a field sales role focused on business development and client acquisition across the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote product categories including facade claddings, floors, skirtings, and decorative walls.
  • Implement trade policies, distribution strategies, and marketing plans within the assigned area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and other B2B / B2C channels.
  • Retain existing customers and actively attract new clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive sales performance and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales within the interior design, building materials, or technical products sector (B2B or B2C).
  • Experience in ceramic tiles, flooring, or wallpaper is preferred.
  • Strong goal orientation, negotiation skills, and communication abilities.
  • English proficiency (oral and written) at intermediate or higher level.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
  • Proven ability to manage at least 20 active B2B clients and achieve 50% of monthly sales target by the 3rd month.
