Area Sales Manager – Janitorial Division

Field Based Role | Reports to: Sales Manager

We’re looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to join our Sales Janitorial team. You’ll manage a regional client portfolio, grow new business, and provide expert advice on hygiene products and dispensing solutions.

What you’ll do:
  • Achieve £4k+ new business sales per month and meet gross profit targets.
  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings (4 per day, 4 days per week).
  • Upsell and cross-sell across our full product range.
  • Build pricing strategies and manage proposals to win new business.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Promote safety, sustainability, and inclusion in all you do.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in hygiene, janitorial, or facilities.
  • Confident presenting proposals and building strong client relationships.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and driven to exceed targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
