Location: Midlands (Field, Office & Remote Mix)

Are you a skilled sales professional looking to join a well-established manufacturer and supplier known for quality and reliability in the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors? Covering the Midlands region, you’ll be selling market-leading commodity products that are critical to countless projects across diverse industries. You’ll manage a mix of loyal existing customers while driving new business to help expand the brand’s strong regional presence.

The Role
  • Manage and grow relationships with established customers across the Midlands
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors
  • Split your time between field visits, office work, and remote activity for flexibility and effectiveness
  • Develop and present tailored proposals to clients, negotiating to close profitable deals
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide regular sales reports and market feedback
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
About You
  • Experience in a field-based B2B sales role, ideally with exposure to construction, industrial, or commercial products
  • Comfortable managing both existing accounts and proactively pursuing new business
  • Strong relationship-building skills and excellent commercial awareness
  • Organised and driven, able to manage your own diary and meet targets
  • Confident communicator and negotiator who can build trust and deliver solutions
  • Full UK driving licence
