We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Area Retail Sales Manager to lead a large, high-performing retail region ( West Scotland ) with 30+ stores. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is passionate about driving sales, people development and operational success.

You’ll be responsible for managing a team of Cluster Managers and Store Managers , overseeing the performance of approximately 100 team members across your region.

Your key focus will be to achieve sales targets, lead operational strategy, and uphold the highest standards of execution across all locations.
