Are you ready to lead and inspire a team that makes a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Area Housing Manager to join a dynamic Housing Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee excellent housing management services across a diverse portfolio, including general needs, supported housing, and intensive management accommodation.

We are looking for an experienced, people-focused leader who:

  • Has a strong background in housing management, including tenancy, income, allocations, voids, and estates.
  • Can lead and motivate a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Works proactively with customers and partners to deliver person-centred services.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience managing housing or supported housing teams previously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, external partners, contractors, and a diverse range of customers.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults and children.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.
