Overview

Audi are recruiting for an Area Aftersales Manager to join their Aftersales team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a field based role covering Audi Investors with locations spanning the UK from West London and Berkshire to Yorkshire the North West and Northern Ireland.

The majority of visits would take place within 2-3 hours drive of the Milton Keynes area and therefore could be performed by someone currently living in this area and working out of Blakelands.

Responsibilities

Reporting into the National Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the strategic and operational engagement and performance of all Investors within your portfolio. You will operate and influence at a senior level within the Investor structure where your primary points of contact will be the Investor owners, Brand Directors and Aftersales Directors.

Skills & Experience
  • An ability to effectively engage and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders within the retailer businesses and brand, in a variety of business settings
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, using data to make compelling reasons for change
  • A high level of attention to detail, accuracy of work and highly professional approach
  • The ability to influence at a senior level
  • A thorough understanding of the core processes necessary to deliver retailer excellence
  • A practical level of business financial awareness, sufficient to provide valued input and insight at an operational level whilst at the same time recognising areas of risk and opportunity
  • Accurate numeracy, literacy and technological skills commensurate with the evolving demands of the role
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment where multiple priorities need to be balanced
  • Proven experience in working in a commercial role where you have been directly involved in influencing business decisions
