Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, technical packages, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and external Consultants.
• Support delivery of projects across Residential and Commercial sectors.
• Carry out site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve queries.
• Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and buildability.

Key Responsibilities - Architectural Technologist

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, technical packages, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
• Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and external Consultants to develop coordinated technical solutions
• Support the delivery of projects across Residential and Commercial sectors, from planning through to construction
• Carry out site visits, surveys, and inspections, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and design intent
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical and construction‑related queries
• Maintain high standards of technical accuracy, coordination, and buildability
