Architectural Technologist

Location: Norfolk

Salary: £38-45,000

An established, design-led architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its growing team in Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist looking to build a long-term career within a collaborative, ambitious and forward-thinking studio, working predominantly within the residential sector.

The successful Architectural Technologist will demonstrate

  • A solid understanding of current UK building regulations and planning processes
Qualifications and experience required
  • HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
  • MCIAT certified, with several years of UK-based industry experience
  • Proven experience working within the residential sector, including UK construction methods and detailing
  • Based locally or willing to travel as required
  • High level of proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Experience using Revit or similar BIM software, and SketchUp, is advantageous
