Job Description:

Anderselite is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a small and busy practice in the Bristol area.

The practice works predominantly in the residential and housing sectors across southern England and Wales, and is passionate about ensuring their projects are well crafted and detailed to a high standard.

Applicants should ideally have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience working on technical stages of residential and housing projects for housing developers. The ideal candidate should possess:

• A good understanding and working knowledge of technical working drawings, technical detailing, and UK statutory regulations.
• Strong and clear technical and graphic communication skills.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD.
• A high standard of written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines as a team player.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships within the team and with trades.
• Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle due to project locations.

Applicants should ideally hold a BSc in Architectural Technology or a related qualification, demonstrating knowledge of construction detailing, drafting, and UK building regulations.
