A leading house builder / developer, based in Essex are currently looking to appoint an Architectural / CAD technician on a permanent basis to work on a number of live projects in and around the South East. Owing to an increase in work load the company are keen to find a suitable candidate to join their established team and help drive the business forward.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate will be required to have:

• Excellent AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
• Excellent organisational & communication skills
• Good time management and a sense of urgency
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated, methodical approach with a focus on client
• A high level of computer literacy
