Are you an Architectural Technician looking for your next challenge within a smaller, dynamic company? Would you like to work on a wide range of exciting developments, while receiving hands-on training and real project responsibility?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established design and planning practice with over 37 years of experience in the roadside retail sector. Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, the team works on 30-50 developments at any one time and partners with major brands such as Starbucks, Costa, and more.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and construction details, developing plans that meet current building regulations, and submitting planning applications. You will also coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously, giving you broad exposure to every stage of the design and planning process.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for an Architectural Technician-or someone with a similar background-eager to join a resolute and supportive team. The role includes full training, a Monday to Friday schedule, and a company pension.
