Job summary

A boutique architecture practice in North London is seeking an Architectural Assistant to support projects across RIBA Stages 2 to 4. The ideal candidate will be RIBA Part 2 qualified with at least 2 years of UK experience, proficient in Revit, and experienced in residential projects. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ UK practice experience.
  • Experience working on residential projects, ideally on smaller scale schemes.
  • Solid experience across RIBA Stages 2–3, with Stages 4 experience desirable.

Overview

Architectural Assistant | North London (N7) | Full Time | Competitive Salary

Our client is a small, design-led architecture practice based in North London, specialising in high-quality residential projects. They are a boutique studio that values thoughtful design, technical rigour and close collaboration.

What will your role look like?
  • Supporting projects primarily across RIBA Stages 2–4
  • Producing clear, accurate Revit drawing packages from concept through technical design
  • Assisting with planning applications and consultant coordination
  • Supporting technical and tender documentation
  • Liaising with clients, local authorities and contractors
  • Actively contributing to design development and internal design reviews
Are you the right person for the job?
  • RIBA Part 2 qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ UK practice experience
  • Strong Revit proficiency (essential)
  • Experience working on residential projects, ideally on smaller scale schemes
  • Solid experience across RIBA Stages 2–3 (planning), with Stages 4 experience desirable
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Organised, proactive and motivated to continue developing professionally
  • Comfortable working within a small team under senior guidance
