Job description

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong understanding of the design process and construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar software
• Familiarity with Building Regulations, Building Bulletins, NBS, and Common Arrangement of Work Sections
• Knowledge of the planning process and stakeholder consultation
• Project management and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior managers, consultants, and technical/non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects

Ideally have

• Chartered Member of RIBA, CIAT, or equivalent professional body
