Conrad Consulting are recruiting for a role that would be well suited to an Experienced Architect with experience working on larger-scale Masterplanning schemes.

We are recruiting on behalf of a recognised, multi-disciplinary studio in Manchester with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality Architecture across the UK and internationally. Their typical project work ranges from Community-led, public realm schemes to new neighbourhood developments and larger landmark buildings.

We are looking for an Architect to join the busy Manchester studio's design team to take a lead on projects and support growth within the region and across the UK.

As an Architect within this company, you will:

• Deliver large‑scale masterplanning and regeneration projects, alongside smaller Architectural projects.
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to bring ideas to life.
• Contribute to a portfolio that spans the UK and Internationally.

What we're looking for

• Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA) - Minimum of 1 year(s) post-qualification.
• Proven experience in project delivery. UK-based is essential.
• Strong design skills in Urban design, Masterplanning and Regeneration.
• Excellent communication skills: Verbal, written, presentation.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects. The company is offering a competitive salary in the region of £40,000-£45,000 per annum.
