Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Commercial and design control throughout the project lifecycle
2. Lead and contribute across RIBA Stages 0-7
3. In-depth material analysis and evaluation
4. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver award-winning architecture

What We're Looking For:

1. A strong technical grounding in building technology, UK codes & regulations, coordinated project information, NBS specification, and safety/environmental standards
2. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and InDesign
3. A degree in Architecture or a related field
4. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for design excellence
