Qualifications

Role Summary

Apprenticeship Skills Tutor – Plastering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver and assess apprenticeships in Plastering.
  • Co‑operate with curriculum team leaders, manager and lecturers to develop curriculum.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress via tracking systems and e‑portfolios.
  • Build and manage a caseload of apprentices; conduct on‑site performance reviews.
  • Engage learners and deliver subject matter in a creative and engaging way.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Relevant NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plastering.
  • A1/V1/CAVA Assessors Award (or equivalent).
  • Excellent IT skills; willingness to obtain teaching qualification.
  • IQA or Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (or willingness to undertake).
