Overview

As an Apprenticeship and Widening Participation Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Apprenticeship and Widening Participation programmes, ensuring all policies, processes and guidelines are adhered to and the highest level of customer service is delivered. You will also provide high quality administrative support to the Apprenticeship and Widening Participation Lead and will be an important point of contact for learners and Training Providers.

You will need to meet the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour of the Apprenticeship standard as defined by both the Learning Provider and the Trust.

Responsibilities
  • General administration for all Trust Apprenticeship programmes, learners, and the Apprenticeship Lead.
  • Trust Intranet – Apprenticeship Page Management – keep this updated and work with the Communications Team/IT regarding changes or updates.
  • National Administrator Week: assist the Lead with arranging events and collating outcome data.
  • Work Experience: manage the administration, including pre/during/post programme planning, data collection and feedback.
  • Care Certificate: support the Care Certificate administration, including data outcome collation and reporting.

  • You will need to be a good listener with the ability to respond empathetically to queries by phone, email or in person.
  • You will need a problem-solving approach and be willing to work independently as well as under supervision.
  • You will need to meet the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour of the Apprenticeship standard as defined by the Learning Provider and the Trust.
