Terms & Conditions: Full Time (37 hours/52 weeks), Support Contract

As an Apprenticeship Advisor, you\'ll:

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, alongside experience in a support, coordination, or compliance-focused role. They will demonstrate the ability to manage a diverse workload, prioritise effectively, and maintain high attention to detail with excellent data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learner management systems is essential, as is the willingness and ability to travel regularly to employer sites and campuses. Desirably, the candidate will have an understanding of apprenticeship programmes and ESFA funding rules (with training available if required), as well as experience in education, compliance, or quality assurance environments. An awareness of Ofsted expectations for apprenticeships and familiarity with CRM or MIS systems such as Maytas or ProSolution would also be advantageous.
