A leading service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking dedicated Service Advisors to act as the liaison between customers and service technicians. Your role will involve assessing vehicle issues, providing repair descriptions, and ensuring excellent customer service. This apprenticeship offers a structured training program and the opportunity to gain valuable skills while working directly in the field. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Service Advisors are the liaison point between the customer and service technicians working in the garage. They work with customers to determine problems with a vehicle and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions. Additionally, service advisors are responsible for greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, and estimating costs.
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will provide a mixture of interactive online group teaching and 1-1 training monthly.
GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at grade C or above desirable but not essential.
