We have supplied a wide variety of plant and equipment to customers for over 60 years, which our engineers maintain and repair.

About us:

We operate a nationwide network of 9 depots (Glasgow, Darlington, Stoke, Chesterfield, Ludlow, Corby, Andover, Dartford, and Newton Abbot) with a fleet of over 2,500 machines. Due to ongoing expansion, this career opportunity is available at our Andover Depot (SP10 3TJ). Basic hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

The ideal candidate will have or be predicted to have GCSE grade 4 or above (Grade C or above) in Maths, English, and IT, or equivalents. Practical skills and a keen interest in mechanics are essential.

During your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to achieve Level 2 in Plant Maintenance and progress to Level 3.

Your role will involve:

  • Service and maintenance tasks appropriate to your level of experience and training, under the supervision of an experienced mentor.
  • Attending college on a block release basis.
  • Completing a work-based training program in line with college and company requirements.

You will receive support through:

  • A dedicated mentor to guide you throughout your apprenticeship.
  • Regular progress reviews and feedback sessions.

Upon completing your apprenticeship, you can continue to develop your skills as a Plant Engineer through ongoing training on new and existing plant machinery.
