Job description
What will you be doing day to day?
  • As an Apprentice Nursery practitioner, you will rotate around nursery rooms and Forest School, gaining hands-on experience in all areas of our nurseries.
  • This, coupled with your apprentice training in Early Years, will equip you with the skills, experience, and qualifications to progress into a qualified educator role with us. The apprenticeship will be for a level 2 early years practitioner or level 3 early years educator, depending on experience.
  • From there, you can develop your career at N, choosing a managerial route or pursuing a specialism in an area that excites you.
  • This role is available for multiple positions due to business growth.

  • The role is full-time (40 hours/week, with 20% on learning).
  • Day-to-day learning includes supporting childcare routines, delivering our 'learning through play' ethos, innovating activities, building relationships with parents, and promoting child welfare and safeguarding.
  • Work hours are flexible within 7am-7pm shifts.
