A leading security technology firm based in Coventry is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their apprenticeship program. You will drive a company van, learn to install and maintain fire and security systems, and gain hands-on experience while studying at Banham Academy. This role requires GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 5 or above and a full manual driving license. Starting salary is £14,920 with generous perks including a company vehicle and 25 days holiday.

What You’ll Be Up To:

• 🚐 Drive around in your own company van – You must be a confident driver
• 🔧 Install and maintain high‑tech fire and security systems
• 👥 Learn from pros and become a qualified engineer
• 🏢 Visit a wide variety of customer’s sites and businesses – no two days are the same!

Where You’ll Train:

• 🎓 Banham Academy
• 📚 Level 3 Fire Emergency & Security Systems Technician
• 🧠 Mix of college learning and hands‑on mentoring. 5 weeks per academic year in college

What You’ll Need:

• GCSEs in English & Maths – Grade 5 (C) or above
• Full UK Manual driving licence – no automatic licences accepted
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
• Good physical health – the job can be labour intensive at times
• Happy to travel, work away and stay over in hotels when needed
• Good vibes: team spirit, hardworking, communication skills, and a love for technology and engineering
