A well-established family business in Monkspath is seeking an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This full-time role involves supporting daily operations, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship will be offered, providing opportunities for growth and career progression. The company offers a starting salary of £25,397 along with a benefits package, including 6 weeks holiday and a staff discount.
Apprentice Customer Service Advisor – hours: office based, full time (40 hours), 08:30 to 17:30 – Monday to Friday. You will also work one Saturday approximately every three weeks (with a day in lieu).
