Job Overview

Apprentice Customer Service Advisor – hours: office based, full time (40 hours), 08:30 to 17:30 – Monday to Friday. You will also work one Saturday approximately every three weeks (with a day in lieu).

Salary: Starting salary of £25,397 per annum. Benefits: 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount, staff benefits package, free refreshments in the staff canteen, free onsite car parking.

Training & Apprenticeship

We offer a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Customer Service, which includes:

  • Working in a busy customer service department and learning how to be a great customer service advisor.
  • Regular pre‑arranged visits (every 6 to 8 weeks) from an assessor from our apprenticeship provider. In between visits, regular reviews will be conducted via webinar, telephone and video call.
  • Regular completion of apprenticeship coursework.
  • Completion of functional skills in English and Maths (if required).
  • Completion of an assessment period (3 months), including a final end‑point assessment at the end of the 12‑month training programme.

  • Starting salary of £25,397, with a potential salary review after 6 months, depending on progress and achievement of KPIs.
