  • Occasionally make accompanied visits to other offices, fairs and circuses
  • Observe banking transactions
  • Learn about financial spreadsheets
  • Attend business meetings
  • Prepare board packs for meetings
  • Assist with setting up meeting room
  • Help with refreshments for visitors
  • Receive and send work related emails
  • Complete basic correspondence under supervision
  • File accident and other reports
  • Work with two other colleagues to assist in running office
