A leading UK service provider is seeking an experienced professional to support applications aligned to the TFL business unit, primarily using Microsoft Azure. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft SQL and a flexible problem-solving attitude. Key responsibilities include incident management, data analysis, and ensuring system uptime while working in a rotation-based schedule. Based primarily at home with your office located Coventry, you will report into the Frontline Team Leader and will be responsible for supporting all applications aligned to the TFL business unit encompassing any of the technical streams within the team hosted in Microsoft Azure.
The applicant will need to possess a strong work ethic, strong problem solving skills, a can do attitude and flexible approach, ability to work with individuals at all levels in the organisation along with a knowledge of software support, and excellent data analysis skills.
Working hours are between 7.00 AM - 6.00PM and will be on a rotation basis.
