Qualifications

• Experience in Investment banking supporting Front office/trading applications.
• Proven track record of managing critical technology infrastructure.
• Ability to analyse system logs and resolve hardware/software/network issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the bank’s critical technology infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and resolve complex issues for clients.
• Develop knowledge base and document resolved cases for future reference.
