A fast-growing e-learning company is seeking a Support Analyst to manage tier 2 support and troubleshoot issues across its products. The successful candidate will work closely with development and infrastructure teams in a hybrid role based in Derry. You will be responsible for resolving product issues and delivering excellent customer experience through effective communication and collaboration. The position requires strong technical and analytical skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a closing date for applications on 17th October 2025.

About The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tier 2 support cases and troubleshooting complex issues across all of Learning Pool’s products and solutions within the application support team. You will triage and resolve these issues by deep diving into our applications and platform backend while working closely with our Development, Cloud Infrastructure and Support teams.
Location: Hybrid based from our Derry office
