A global specialty lines (re)insurer is seeking an Application Support professional to join their IT team in Manchester. This role focuses on providing operational support for policy administration systems and involves troubleshooting, documentation, and software rollout. Candidates should have a strong background in SQL Server, customer-facing support roles, and excellent communication skills. The role is within the application support team within the IT department. The role is responsible for providing day-to-day support and operational excellence of the companies’ policy administration systems (subscribe) and the ecosystem around it. The role will be actively involved in BAU support, project implementations, managing system maintenance and upgrades and working on incident Problem and ServiceRequests.
