A leading retail cooperative is seeking an Application Support Analyst in Scunthorpe. The role involves providing third-line support for tier 1 systems, managing service tickets, and analyzing business processes to deliver system improvements. A candidate should have experience in an IT environment, solid SQL knowledge, and strong communication skills. £30,000 to 34,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6B)
Scunthorpe (hybrid - working from the office several times per month)

We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to join us in Scunthorpe, as part of our wider Digital technology & data team. You'll assist with the maintenance and improvement of the tier 1 systems we use across Co-op Wholesale, working closely with colleagues to understand their needs and translating them into actionable changes.
You'll manage the support backlog and our improvements 'to do' list, making sure these are prioritised and delivered in line with business needs. From analysing and understanding existing business processes and taking proposals to our Change Advisory Board to collaborating with third parties, testing, and deployment teams – no two days are the same. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team of Support Analysts and other IT colleagues, helping to make sure user requests and service desk tickets are handled successfully.
