A leading global insurance and risk management firm is seeking Client Management Apprentices in the UK to support client service activities in Birmingham, Farnborough, St Albans, and Leeds/Manchester. Successful candidates will engage in project management, assist with pension scheme operations, and benefit from a comprehensive training programme, including Level 4 Junior Management Consultant support. This permanent role offers the chance to develop essential skills and build a rewarding career within the company.

Once you’ve completed the formal apprenticeship programme, you’ll continue to receive lots of support at Aon. We would expect you to be promotion ready within 24 months and you will continue to grow your career at Aon. You will also be able to continue your studies within the Junior Management Consultant career path. Alongside the interactive development programme we’ve mentioned above, you’ll have the chance to explore different career paths. Once you have completed your 18-month Apprenticeship, your training and development doesn’t stop there, you will continue your professional development taking on more client responsibilities.

We recognise the value for our Early Career colleagues of being in the office environment from the beginning of their programme. As a new apprentice, you will spend the first 6 months based in the office to support your learning, development, and progression. This will enable you access to support from managers, collaborate with colleagues as well as grow your network across Aon. After completing this initial training period, you will then have the opportunity to work more flexibly, spending at least 4 days face to face in the Aon office or with clients.
Our apprentices are on permanent contracts from day one. We welcome applications from candidates who have their own right to work within the UK where you can maintain and demonstrate your right to work throughout the duration of your employment. This may include pre-settled or settled status from the EU Settlement Scheme – or if you have applied and you are waiting for a decision.
