A prominent advisory firm in St Albans is seeking a Client Management Apprentice. This role focuses on supporting client plans and improving retirement services. You'll provide vital support to senior team members in their client management activities, ensuring employers pension schemes are run efficiently and professionally. As a Client Management Apprentice, you can make an immediate impact by demonstrating a real passion for customer service and developing the skills needed to become a valued advisor to our clients.

Once you’ve completed the formal apprenticeship programme, you’ll continue to receive lots of support at Aon. We would expect you to be promotion ready within 24 months and you will continue to grow your career at Aon. You will also be able to continue your studies within the Junior Management Consultant career path. In addition to the interactive development programme we mentioned above, you will have the chance to explore different career paths. Once you have completed your 18‑month apprenticeship, your training and development doesn’t stop – you will continue your professional development taking on more client responsibilities.

Our apprentices are on permanent contracts from day one. We welcome applications from candidates who have the right to work within the UK and can maintain and demonstrate this right throughout their employment, including pre‑settled or settled status from the EU Settlement Scheme, or if they have applied and are awaiting a decision.
We recognise the value for our Early Career colleagues of being in the office environment from the beginning of their programme. As a new apprentice, you will spend the first 6 months based in the office to support your learning, development, and progression. This will enable you access to support from managers, collaborate with colleagues as well as grow your network across Aon. After completing this initial training period, you will then have the opportunity to work more flexibly, spending at least 4 days face to face in the Aon office or with clients.
