What you will be doing
  • Responsible for the delivery of annuity programmes within Ricoh UK, that protect and support the annuity business, ensuring the Company budget and business targets are achieved.
  • Manage and develop new annuity programmes for all lines of business including Office Services, IT Services and Commercial Op CIP, in order to meet budget requirements.
  • Prepare and implement long term programmes that grow and develop UK annuity revenue streams including chargeable calls, data overwrite, customer damage and smart lockers.
  • Track new annuity streams, maintain and share accurate management information to demonstrate current and future growth.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining DBS checks, HDD handling databases Customer Service expense lines and other ad hock administration tasks
  • Responsible for measuring the effectiveness of all annuity programmes and initiatives through leading analysis and measurement ensuring effective process and key performance indicators are in place.
  • Responsible for all administrative duties for Regional and District service managers
  • Manager invoicing and query management for our in-direct partners
You will ideally have
  • In depth knowledge of Ricoh internal processes
  • In depth knowledge of Ricoh back office systems
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Independent and inquisitive approach to work
  • Ability to work to tight time-scales
  • Exceptional customer handling skills at all levels
  • Good presentation skills
