We have a fantastic opportunity here at Phoenix Group as an Annuity Product and Proposition Manager within our Client Services team in RS&AM.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary and Benefits: £39,700 to £63,500 depending on experience plus bonus, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more
Location: Hybrid role. This role is based in either our London, Edinburgh, Wythall or Telford office with time spent working from home and in the office.

This role will focus on enhancing and delivering our customer-centric propositions to ensure they provide good outcomes to customers and Trustees. It will place a key focus on the product features available to customers under our bulk purchase annuities, ensuring they continually develop to improve customer choice and remain competitive in the market. This role requires excellent knowledge of the market and the direction this is taking and use these insights to help drive the customer and Trustee proposition, ensuring we remain competitive in the market. The role also plays a part in the post-sale service proposition of a wider annuity book, taking customer feedback and using it to make changes and enhancements to our service propositions. The role will require technical expertise to digest and interpret complexities, whilst guiding technical analysts and sharing knowledge with Client Services teams in a digestible way.
