Main Duties

Role

As an Analytics Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain data models and Power BI dashboards that drive decision‑making across the organisation. Your work will help teams understand performance, identify trends, and improve outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop & maintain robust data models to support clinical and operational analytics.
  • Build and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts and product owners to define business requirements.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity and security across all analytics artefacts.
  • Apply machine learning / AI techniques (e.g. predictive modelling, NLP) to real‑world problems.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote a data‑driven culture.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in analytics, BI or data science with hands‑on delivery and leadership responsibilities.
  • Expertise in Power BI, SQL and semantic modelling.
  • Experience applying ML/AI techniques (predictive modelling, NLP) to real‑world problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring.
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications in Power BI, Azure or data science are a plus.
