A leading global investment firm in the City of London is seeking an Analyst for its Hybrid Capital team. This role requires someone with 2-3 years of experience in investment banking or principal investing, strong analytical and financial modelling skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The Analyst will be involved in due diligence, investment thesis development, and communication with key stakeholders. Analysts work as part of small deal teams in a wide range of high profile transactions across the capital structure ranging from secured debt to minority common equity. The role is highly analytical with emphasis on fundamental valuation, financial modelling, analysis of financial accounts, and legal documentation. The work is deal-focused and dynamic, and will bring you in contact with a wide range of businesses, industries, geographies, investment structures and products as well as advisors and management teams.
