The position provides the chance to work across diverse sectors - from banks to insurers - supporting prudential and conduct supervision and contributing to the Bailiwick's strong international reputation.

Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Analysing licensee returns, financial statements, and applications for approval.
  • Attending and contributing to on-site visits, interviews, and risk assessments.
  • Preparing reports, thematic reviews, and case presentations to governance panels.
  • Supporting enforcement and consumer protection activities.
  • Liaising with licensees, auditors, and professional advisers.
  • Contributing to the policy interface, including fintech and Credit & Finance Law developments.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in banking, insurance, auditing, actuarial, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, clear written communication, and attention to detail are essential. A commitment to professional development and a willingness to study towards relevant qualifications will be supported.
