Pay & Hours

• Up to £15.60 per hour + weekly production bonus
• Fridays & Saturdays overtime paid at time and a half
• Temp to perm and permanent contracts (available from day 1) for successful candidates

This is a physical, repetitive role in a safety‑critical manufacturing environment. You will work in 2‑person teams, operating machinery and a forklift truck as part of a fixed production flow. If you turn up, worksafely and commit to overtime, the money is excellent. Own transport is required due to the site location in Ellistown (LE67).

Shift Schedule

• Monday to Thursday
  • AM: 04:45 – 14:45
  • PM: 14:30 – 00:30
• Overtime
• Friday
  • AM: 04:00 – 11:00
  • PM: 11:00 – 18:00
  • All overtime paid at time and a half
  • *PM has a 25% shift allowance

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating production machinery and FLT (training provided)
• Manual handling and physical work
• Cleaning down and hygiene duties when required
• Adapting to other tasks when production is down

This Job Is NOT For You If

• You dislike repetitive or physical work
• You cut corners on health and safety
• You are unreliable or avoid overtime
