Are you passionate about inclusion and improving outcomes for learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic ALN Manager to lead and coordinate key statutory processes, drive service improvements, and support the delivery of high-quality provision across our local authority.

We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the ALN system in Wales. You’ll be a confident communicator, skilled in multi-agency collaboration, and committed to delivering inclusive, person-centered services. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the delivery of statutory Additional Learning Needs (ALN) processes across the local authority, ensuring legal compliance, strategic alignment, and efficient use of resources to improve outcomes for learners.
