Job Overview

Our client, a leading name within the Air Hygiene industry, is expanding and seeks an experienced Air Hygiene Engineer to join their team in the South East. Applicants must be able to hit the ground running, undertake ventilation/system cleans, servicing and testing of fire dampers, complete reports remotely and travel to a range of commercial and food/beverage sites.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience working as an Air Hygiene Engineer
  • Industry qualifications such as Fire Damper ticket, TR19 ticket and/or BS9999 qualification
  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Beneficial to hold a valid CSCS and/or confined spaces ticket
  • Able to work independently and within teams
  • Comfortable liaising with clients directly
  • Good literacy and IT skills
Responsibilities
  • Attend a range of commercial, leisure and food/beverage client sites
  • Complete TR19 cleans on ventilation, AHU, ductwork, kitchen extract and canopies
  • Inspect and test fire dampers
  • Fit access panels
  • Produce regular service reports
  • Use chemicals safely
  • Wear correct PPE as required
  • Meet with clients to discuss completed works and highlighted issues
  • Support new engineers
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients
